3. What This Means for Clients
Because the company itself is not regulated by an approved legal services regulator, certain statutory protections that apply only to clients of an SRA-authorised firm (such as the SRA Compensation Fund and SRA-required client account rules) do not automatically apply to instructions accepted by the company alone.
Where work is carried out by, or under the personal responsibility of, Ariel Yehezkel as a Registered Foreign Lawyer, Ariel remains personally subject to the SRA’s regulatory and professional conduct requirements applicable to Registered Foreign Lawyers. The scope, responsibility, and applicable regulatory framework for any particular matter will be confirmed in the engagement letter before work begins.
4. Complaints
Our internal complaints procedure is free of charge. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 8 weeks, you may be entitled, where applicable, to refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman. Conduct or regulatory concerns may also be reported to the Solicitors Regulation Authority where appropriate.
